Mike & Cherryl’s Story

At Aunty’s Masala Corner, food has always been about more than what’s on the plate — it’s about bringing people together. For more than 25 years, Mike and Cherryl have shared their love of cooking and entertaining through milestone celebrations, holiday gatherings, and countless moments centered around great food and good company.

From backyard barbecues to festive family meals, their table has always been a place where memories are made. That same spirit inspired Aunty’s Masala Corner — a way to bring the warmth of home, the richness of tradition, and the joy of sharing a meal to the community.

What started around their own table has grown into a mobile kitchen built on flavor, hospitality, and heart. Someone recently joked that Mike and Cherryl could make living out of a shoebox fun — and honestly, that says it all.

Aunty Cherryl, Foodie

Cherryl is the “Aunty” behind Aunty’s Masala Corner — a true foodie with a lifelong love of bold flavor, warm hospitality, and making people feel welcome.

Together, Mike and Cherryl now bring that spirit on the road through their food trailer, catering, and heat-and-eat weekly meals for pickup. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, dinner, a late-night bite, or planning a special event, their goal is simple: to serve food made with care, a little spice, and a lot of heart.

Think of them as your neighborhood Uncle and Aunty — serving up bold flavor and a good reason to gather.
